- Why Anamese?
- Anamese is the leading importer of Vietnamese pottery in the United States. From our amazingly beautiful pottery, to our excellent sales staff, Anamese has set the bar when it comes to quality and service.
- Where is Anamese Pottery made?
- Most of our pottery comes from Vietnam. The Vietnamese are known to be the finest potters in the world and Anamese has long had relationships with the finest kilns in Vietnam. We do not sell seconds and our standards for quality are the highest in the industry. Each of our pots from Vietnam are hand-made in the ancient tradition and fired in wood kilns thus creating a unique, one of a kind look. Our Mandarin pots are made in China in gas fired kilns by one of the finest manufacturers in China. The quality of all of our pottery will far exceed your expectations.
- Will Anamese Pots withstand extreme conditions?
- Our Vietnamese pots are fired at high temperatures for 2 weeks and are made to last through most extreme conditions. As with all pottery, they must be properly drained.
- For indoor potting applications, it is the consumers responsibility to ensure the pot is waterproof.
- How can I get a catalog and price sheet?
- Complete the "catalog request" form and we will send that information via fax or email, with a copy in the mail to follow.
- How do I place an order?
- Once all company information has been verified, you may place an order online, by fax, or by phone. Orders placed online are not final. This tool is used strictly to assist our customers in the ordering process. Anamese will contact you once orders have been received and all orders must be approved before packing begins.
- What is the Anamese Advantage?
- The Anamese Advantage is our highly expert sales staff ready and waiting to assist you. We are known for our excellent consulting services.
- How long will it take for my order to ship?
- Once an order has been approved, and payment information given, shipping usually takes less than 2 weeks. However, we can ship with 48 hours notice if stock is available.
- If something is out of stock, how long will it take to come in?
- Out of stock items can take from 2 to 6 months to receive. Call for more information.
- Can I purchase a single pot from a set?
- We do carry a large supply of single pottery. If you are interested in purchasing a single pot from a set, please make note in the order comments section. To get a complete listing, please call or email us for more information.
- Can I purchase a container of Anamese pots?
- Yes, of course! We offer 20' and 40' containers. There are significant discounts that come along with container buying, not only on the container itself, but in the pot yard for "fill ins" throughout the year. A 20' container can price out anywhere from $14,000-$18,000, and a 40' container will price between $24,000-$28,000. Call for more information.

- What if I have very specific needs?
- We would be more than happy to take photographs and email them or have you come to our pot yard.
- How are the pots shipped?
- We use several carriers and freight costs are quoted based on the best available quote for your area. Please advise if lift gates or residential services are needed as those costs may vary from one carrier to the next.
