Anamese Garden & Home catalog is presented to you as a reference in making your selections. We strongly encourage you to use our catalog in conjunction with our web site; www.anamese.com, where you can quickly browse our website and see what’s new, as our web site is always more current than our catalog. All prices are FOB our warehouses in Welsh, Louisiana and are subject to change without notice. Our offices are open Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Anamese Garden & Home is a wholesale distributor of garden pots serving the garden, design and landscaping industries. We do not sell to home shoppers for personal use. Clients are expected to submit tax Id. numbers as well as phone, fax, address and email addresses.

Minimum order for new clients is $600.00. There is no minimum on re-orders. However, if your order is to be shipped by LTL common carrier, we strongly encourage you to place your order in excess of $700.00 per shipment so as to make shipping reasonable. All shipping costs are estimated prior to shipping and final approval to proceed is expected thereafter.

Shipping:
All of our orders are shipped LTL carriers. If liftgate or residential delivery services are required it is the responsibility of the buyers to notify Anamese Garden & Home of these needs prior to shipment. Any carrier charges for accessory services such as re-delivery, call notification, lift gate, or residential delivery are the responsibility of the buyer. It is the buyer’s responsibility to count and inspect the pots upon delivery and any damages or shortages must be noted on the delivery reciept. There will be no adjustments for damages or shortages unless so done. Your signature upon receipt of goods is an acceptance of the goods in satisfactory condition. In no case will our liability exceed the purchase price of the product. Report all damages within 10 days of delivery. Claims can take 2 to 3 weeks for review before being processed. Refusals: All refusals without prior authorization will result in freight charges to the buyer.

Credit:
All new customers must prepay for their orders. Past due accounts will be charged 1½% per month. Past due accounts can not charge again until their account is brought current. In the event that it becomes necessary to seek legal means for collection, 33% will be added to the invoice with a minimum charge of $300.00.

Pick-up:
Valid clients are welcomed to visit our warehouse to make their selections. We appreciate advance notification of your intended arrival so as to better serve you.

For orders in excess of one pallet or 4 pieces, we request that, if possible, orders be phoned or faxed over 24 hours in advance so as to better service you.

Care:
Because of being fired at high temperatures and cured slowly, your glazed pots will withstand the winter outdoors. It is best to drain them and lift them off of the ground in the winter.

Each Anamese pot is individually made and therefore may have slight color or size variations, smudges, kiln kisses or firing cracks; all a characteristic of handmade pottery. In some cases much effort has been put into recreating an ancient look. These products will have imperfections that are intended to enhance their character.
